Barbiturate is a drug that acts on the central nervous system. Depending on its toxicity, it is possible to reach a state in which the body feels no pain and there is no conscious reaction to external stimuli.
in this state the body and mind separate, creating a duality between the real and the dream.
If the still body remains in the real world, dreams are the doorway between consciousness and unconsciousness.
This project sought to reflect on the separation between the body and the mind that the Barbiturate can cause, resorting to some elements of surrealism that represent this duality.
